Dell web cam not working --solved

Dell INSPIRON laptops are facing a major problem when the integrated webcam stops working. I too faced it and searched on the internet a lot, and found a way. i don't know if this works for u or not but it worked for me

my laptop status when it troubled me

1. found an unknown device in device manager
2. integrated webcam and dvd rw are missing in device

i've solved this way

--> uninstalled the unknown usb device
--> installed r304507
--> and selected C:\dell\drivers\R304507\Windows\L633CDW60.bin when a dialog box appears to update
--> it restarted, after restart i installed dell web cam central

And its working fine.
